Regent centres for adults situated in Brighton, Edinburgh, Bournemouth, London, Cambridge and Oxford offer a range of facilities which allow you to learn in a variety of ways, making the learning experience more interesting and fun.

Regent Brighton occupies an elegant building with easy access to the city centre and the seafront. The school has excellent facilities including a language laboratory and computer room, where students can study or access the Internet and e-mail friends and family. There are also a coffee bar that serves hot food, snacks and drinks.
Brighton is the number one place to study. Brighton has two universities and is a well-known international conference centre. It is a lively town famous for its brilliant social life, with countless clubs, bars and restaurants. The seaside location adds to the relaxed but exciting atmosphere.

Regent Brighton

Regent Edinburgh is based in the centre of the city, just a few minutes' walk from the famous Princes Street. The facilities include bright spacious rooms, a listening and computer centre, library and student common room.
Edinburgh is the home of the Edinburgh Festival, visited by thousands of people every year. Places of interest include Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile and the spectacular Highlands.

Regent Bournemouth occupies two attractive buildings all year round. The main Church Road building has a student lounge with wide screen TV, an internet caf?, garden and caf?teria. The Examination Centre in Wollaston Road has student computers and a language laboratory. Both buildings have wi-fi connection with free email and internet. School is in a quiet and safe area of town making us an ideal place for relaxed, focused study. Homestays are within walking distance of the school. Bournemouth's town centre is within easy reach with its vibrant nightlife and excellent bars, theatres and restaurants. The school is also only a 2 minute walk from 10 kilometres of sandy beach – some of Europe’s best! Nearby are great places to visit including the New Forest, pretty Dorset villages, and the famous Jurassic Coast. London is only 95 minutes by train!

Regent Bournemouth

Regent London is situated in superb 300 year old building, once belonging to Samuel Pepys, the famous English diarist. The modern school has a multimedia computer centre, language laboratory, study centre and a student cafe. Studying in England's capital city is an exciting learning experience.
The School is close to many of London's tourist attractions including Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Leicester Square and London's Theatreland.

Regent Cambridge occupies an attractive Victorian building with a large modern extension, in the middle of one of the liveliest and most interesting areas of central Cambridge. The school has excellent facilities, including a student lounge, large patio garden and computer room. One of the most famous cities for learning in the world, Cambridge is beautiful, historic and home to Cambridge University. You can visit fantastic colleges and museums, learn how to punt on the River Cam, or just relax and have fun in the city’s many restaurants and bars. There is lively nightlife, and entertainment for everyone.

Regent Oxford is situated in an elegant Victorian building and has excellent facilities including a computer room, language laboratory and library. The school also has a picturesque, typically English garden which is available to all students.
Oxford is a small city, renowned for its famous university, which was founded in the twelfth century and has around 30,000 students. There are lots of cultural events, a lively social scene and restaurants offering cuisine of all types.


English World courses give you the freedom to choose. They are carefully structured to improve your speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. You can choose to study in the mornings or afternoons, or both. In the afternoons, choose a Study Options which interests you.
Students in the morning and the last two sessions of the afternoon focus on communication skills, grammar, vocabulary, reading and writing. For students in the afternoons, we regularly offer the Trinity Spoken Examination - an internationally recognised measure of communicative ability.
With English World, you broaden your horizons, make friends and develop your English. You learn in a group but are always treated as an individual. Make your dream come true - experience our English World!

  • English World Semi- Intensive. This consists of 20 English lessons during the morning only. This course is designed for those wishing to combine study with a holiday. As you only study in the mornings, you are free to enjoy British culture and social life in the afternoons and evenings.
  • English World Intensive. This consists of 30 lessons per week combining English and Study Options. English World Intensive is our most popular course choice - it allows you to choose Study Options to develop your interests and language skills. Study Options include Language options (Conversation skills, Grammar, Vocabulary, Listening and Pronunciation), Career options (Business English Skills, English for the Travel Industry, Computer Skills), Exam options (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, BEC), and Culture options (Media Studies, English Literature, Oxford/London/Scottish Experience, British Studies, English through Pop Music).
  • English World Combination Course.. This highly personalised course enables you to focus on an area that you would like additional help with. This course is a combination of 30 lessons per week, 3 hours of Active English per week and 5 hours 1:1 per week.

Your accommodation

We know how important your accommodation is. This is why we offer a wide chose. Many students choose homestay - living with local people in their own home. You have a single room, with somewhere to study. Your accommodation provides an ideal opportunity to practise English outside classes. Shared room available for friends/family arriving together. At some centres you can stay in a student residence. The standard is usually basic and suits more independent students. Alternatively, we can arrange hotel accommodation.


Regent has over 30 years' experience in providing educational holidays. Regent junior courses cater for young people from 9-19 and are packed with plenty of sports, excursions and games. It's serious fun! They learn lots in a controlled and supportive environment.

From the moment our young learners arrive, Regent staff work hard to ensure that they are active, learning effectively and having the educational experience of a lifetime. Lessons are designed to be fun. They focus on improving communication skills, building on existing knowledge and interesting confidence. We arrange lots of exciting activities after class such as ice skating, karaoke, quiz nights, shopping and regular excursions.

Regent junior residential centres are selected for their excellent facilities and secure environments. Students have a single room or share with juniors of different nationalities. Girls and boys are accommodated separately. All meals are taken at the centre, except on excursion days when packed lunches are provided. Regent staff are on site to help with any questions at any time.

Students are taught in small multinational groups. Our carefully selected teachers make classes lively and fun. We focus on improving communication skills, activating existing knowledge and building confidence. Students have the option of taking the Trinity Spoken Examinations - an internationally recognised measure of communicative ability.

  • Holidays Club 14-19, Cherwell College, Oxford
    Cherwell College is situated in a very peaceful residential area in the world famous university city Oxford. All students live in charming villa residences, the majority of which are only a few minutes' walk from the college. Facilities include picturesque gardens, a conservatory and spacious rooms within the villas. Breakfast and evening meals are provided by the resident house mistress. Programs from the beginning of July till the middle of August.
  • Holidays Club 13-17, St. Mary's College, London
    St. Mary's College is situated in Strawberry Hill in South West London. Set is 35 acres of lawns along the River Thames, it is close to historic sites such as Kew Gardens and Hampton Court. The college has beautiful grounds and impressive sport facilities. Common rooms have TV and video and there are recreational areas with table tennis and pool tables. Students are accommodated in comfortable single rooms. There are small kitchens where tea and coffee facilities are available. Programs from the beginning of July till the middle of August.
  • Holidays Club 12-17, Christ's School, Horsham
    Christ's School is located in beautiful countryside, 5 kilometres from the town of Horsham. Central London and the seaside resort of Brighton are an hour away. The school has extended private grounds with sport fields, tennis courts and a fantastic indoor sports centre including a swimming pool and squash courts.The outstanding residential accommodation is in a new building with top quality single rooms. There are kitchen and bathroom facilities. Programs from the middle of July till the middle of August.
  • Holidays Club 12-17, St. Swithun's School, Winchester
    St. Swithun's is one of England's most popular private schools. Set in Winchester, the ancient capital of England, the school has first class sporting facilities and playing fields.Accommodation is grouped together in houses with their own washing and shower facilities. Students are housed in bright and comfortable single rooms or screened-off single unites. Programs from the middle of July till the middle of August.
  • Holidays Club 9-14, Box Hill, Dorking
    Set in the splendid North Downs countryside, the school is only 45 minutes from Central London. The campus is on an extremely safe and secure site ideal for younger students. There are excellent study and recreation facilities, including an outdoor heated pool, Internet cafe and sport fields. Students are accommodated in one of four comfortable residences with 2 to 9 beds per room. Programs from the beginning of July till the middle of August.
